Site Health Tools
4 Crawl Tools.
One Consolidated Report.
Regex pattern search, broken link detection, page meta audit, and broken image/alt-text detection - the ongoing content-quality monitoring enterprises typically license as a separate DXP module, included at no extra cost.
How It Works
One crawl, five real passes, one report.
Site Health Tools run independently of the WCAG and AEO/SEO audits - a standalone crawl you can run on its own schedule. One URL-discovery pass (sitemap, crawl, or a manual list) feeds all 4 tools, and each one makes its own real page-load pass to do its specific check.
Regex Finder
One regular expression per line, matched against either visible page text or the full raw HTML (your choice), with a "require" mode that flags pages where a pattern is missing, useful for confirming every page carries something like a copyright notice.
Broken Link Detection
Every internal and external link checked with a real HTTP request (HEAD, falling back to GET), deduplicated across the whole run so a link on 50 pages is only actually requested once.
Page Meta Information
Title, meta description, Open Graph tags, canonical URL, robots directives, H1 count, and real JSON-LD structured-data parsing, each checked for both presence and length.
Broken Image & Alt Text Detection
Two separate checks - images that genuinely fail to render (confirmed via the live browser's own load state, not just an HTTP status), and images missing an alt attribute entirely (empty alt="" on a decorative image is correctly treated as valid, not flagged).
All 4 tools support the same authenticated-page scanning as the WCAG and AEO/SEO audits - HTTP Basic Auth or raw header (cookie/authorization token) support, so gated content, staging, and localhost get checked too, not just what's publicly reachable.
Regex Finder, in Depth
Not a simple text search - real pattern matching, configured.
Regex Finder runs genuine regular expressions across your entire site, with the configuration options a real content audit needs - not just a single keyword box.
One pattern per line
Real regular expressions, not plain keyword matching - run multiple searches in a single scan.
Case-sensitive toggle
Match exact casing, or ignore it.
Raw HTML or visible text
Search only what a visitor actually sees, or the full page source, including attributes, meta tags, and embedded JSON-LD.
Require mode
Flip the logic entirely: flag pages where a pattern is missing, not present, for confirming every page carries something like a copyright notice or a required disclaimer.
9 built-in preset patterns
Ready to run with a friendly label instead of raw regex: email addresses, US phone numbers, copyright notices, credit-card-like numbers, SSN-like numbers, lorem ipsum placeholder text, ambiguous link text, staging domain references, and dev environment domain references.
Match context, not just a count
Each result shows the page, the total occurrence count, and real text snippets with surrounding context, not just "found" or "not found."
Honest Results
Disclosed nuance, not a false "all clear."
A link or page that can't be verified is reported as unconfirmed, not silently marked broken or silently marked fine.
What gets flagged as "Unconfirmed," not "Broken"
- Statuses like 401, 403, 429, or 500 can mean a bot challenge, a paywall, or a rate limit - not necessarily a dead link. These get an explicit "Unconfirmed" badge instead of a false "Broken" label
- A genuine timeout is treated as inconclusive, never as proof the link is dead
- Known social/bot-blocking domains (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others) are skipped entirely as a known source of false positives
No fabricated findings
- A page that fails to load contributes exactly one "Page Load" issue - it never fabricates a full set of missing-field findings for a page that was never actually reached
- The report's own summary discloses how many of its total issue counts are load failures versus real content defects, rather than blending the two into one number
- There is no invented numeric "Site Health Score" anywhere in this report - it's a transparent findings-and-counts report, not a single number standing in for real detail
Why This Matters
The DXP add-on module, without the DXP contract.
This category of ongoing content-quality monitoring is usually a separate licensed module inside a digital experience platform - priced, sold, and renewed independently of whatever accessibility or SEO tooling you already have.
